Capitol AI has formally expanded its international footprint with the launch of a UK office in London, marking a significant step in the company’s wider European growth strategy.
Placing a strategic foothold in London, the move comes as demand for secure, AI infrastructure continues to accelerate across the UK and EU, particularly among organisations operating in regulated and high-stakes environments.
The new London presence establishes a dedicated, on-the-ground team to support Capitol AI’s growing base of UK customers, while also acting as a gateway for expansion into key European markets. It was announced that Mike Nayler will lead the UK operations as Vice President of GTM for UK and Europe. Speaking on his appointment, CEO and Capitol AI founder Shaun Modi said:
“Mike understands the critical juncture businesses have arrived at. With Mike at the helm of UK and Europe GTM, we can provide our decision-quality intelligence capabilities to regions requiring an AI solution that provides immediate and significant value. We’re very pleased to have him on board”.
This localised approach reflects a shift from remote market servicing to embedded regional operations, enabling closer collaboration with clients and more responsive deployment across European hubs. The UK team will play a central role in supporting existing customers with EU operations, particularly those scaling AI capabilities following successful implementations in the United States.
The UK launch builds on a period of sustained commercial momentum. In the same quarter, Capitol AI confirmed that a top-four global consultancy had joined its client roster, a notable addition alongside existing customers including POLITICO Pro and a range of organisations across the UK and US spanning finance, security, and government.
